because i'm a winner (some would say "the winner" (and they wouldn't be wrong!)), i feel comfortable breaking the rules of blogging and posting two political pieces in a row (hey, huffpo does it all the time!).
and even though i have a strict personal rule about not offering non-champions a voice on this blog, tracy morgan is quite funny on the televised sitcom, 30 Rock, so i'm giving him a pass. hear the man out:
